Bookings and enquiries
Sending an enquiry or a WhatsApp message does not book an appointment or a course seat. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.
If you cancel a grooming appointment or move it at short notice, we may charge 50% of the fee. After three such cases, we ask for advance payment for future appointments.
Prices
We do not publish a price list for grooming. The figure we give depends on the pet, and we give it before you book.
Courses
The taster course fee is ₹10,000 for one day. If you join a professional course afterwards, the full ₹10,000 is adjusted against its fee. Other course fees are confirmed in writing before you enrol. You can pay a course fee in two instalments: half at enrolment and half on the course start date.
You may cancel within 7 days of starting a course. We deduct an administrative and cancellation charge of ₹50,000 and refund the balance.
Your pet's welfare
We may stop a groom, or finish it on another day, if we believe continuing would harm the pet. We will explain why. Grooming does not replace veterinary care.

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Pet Pamperer, or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking. Partner logos belong to their owners.

We write our advice carefully, but it is general. It is not a substitute for advice from your vet about your own pet. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on it. This does not limit our responsibility for your pet while it is in our care.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them goes to the courts in Mumbai.
