Dog and cat grooming in Andheri West, Mumbai

We groom dogs and cats in SVP Nagar, Andheri West, a short drive from Lokhandwala and Versova. The work runs from a bath and blow-dry to a full groom with a breed cut. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you which service your pet needs.

Which grooming service your pet needs

Each service is planned around the coat in front of us. The price depends on breed, size, coat condition and behaviour. We give it to you on WhatsApp before you book.

What happens at a groom

The order changes with the pet. These five things do not.

  1. Step 1

    We ask first

Breed, age, health, and how past grooms went. Tell us about allergies, skin problems or medication.

  2. Step 2

We check the coat and skin

We part the coat and look at the skin before anything else. Mats, dry patches or sore ears change the plan.

  3. Step 3

    Bath and dry

A shampoo chosen for the coat and skin, then a dry that suits the coat and the pet.

  4. Step 4

    The groom

Brushing, clipping or scissoring, nails, ears and hygiene areas, as the session needs.

  5. Step 5

We tell you what we found

If we find something on the skin, we show you and suggest a vet. Grooming does not replace veterinary care.

Yes, you can watch the whole groom

A screen in our waiting room shows the grooming table live, from the first brush to the last trim. Recordings are kept for 15 days.

How watching works

What we will not do, and why

Every refusal, with its reason
  • No cosmetic colouring

Colouring a coat or nails offers no meaningful benefit to a pet's health or wellbeing. We choose not to introduce unnecessary sensory or behavioural stress for aesthetic purposes. We do not colour any breed, for any occasion.

  • No shaving double coats

The undercoat protects the skin from sun and infection. Once shaved, it does not always grow back the same. We rake out the loose undercoat instead.

  • No forcing a frightened pet

If a pet cannot cope, we stop and finish the groom on another day. Two calm sessions beat one bad one.

  • No brushing out a tight mat

A tight mat is locked to the skin, and brushing it pulls with every stroke. We remove it gently instead, and the next groom is easier.

Before you book

All questions
Can I watch my dog being groomed?

Yes. A screen in our waiting area shows the grooming tables live, so you can watch the whole groom. You can also step out and come back.

How much does grooming cost?

It depends on your pet's breed, size, coat condition and behaviour. Send the breed and a photo on WhatsApp and we will give you a figure before you book.

How do you groom nervous dogs?

We use positive reinforcement and take breaks, and if they cannot cope we stop and finish on another day.

Do you groom cats?

Yes. Cats are about a fifth of our work, and Persian cats are a speciality.

Not sure which service your pet needs?

Send the breed and a photo of the coat on WhatsApp. We will tell you which service fits and give you a figure before you book.
