We groom older, nervous and sensitive dogs and cats more slowly, with more breaks. We work around stiff joints, poor hearing and bad memories of past grooms. If one long session is too much, we split the groom across two days.

For anxious pets, we bring in the dryer, the clippers and handling gradually. This desensitisation can take several visits.

Can I watch my dog being groomed?
Yes. A screen in our waiting area shows the grooming tables live, so you can watch the whole groom. You can also step out and come back.
What should I tell you before the groom?
Tell us about any health condition, allergy, skin problem or medication. Mention past grooms too, especially anything that made your pet anxious, so we can plan around it.
Can an older dog with stiff joints still be groomed?
Usually, yes, with support and rest breaks. Tell us about any condition when you book, and check with your vet if you are unsure.
What is a two-session groom?
It is one groom split across two days, for a pet who cannot cope with one long session. It takes longer, and it is kinder. The second session adds a charge, which we confirm first. For example, a Rs 3,000 groom split in two adds Rs 500 to 600.
