We look at the paws, skin and coat, and ask how your pet copes with its feet being touched.

Fur between the pads trimmed short, so it stays clean and does not trap moisture.

Trimmed short around the rear and under the belly, with the skin checked as we go.

Face
Fur around the eyes and mouth tidied, so it does not poke the eyes or stain.

We use positive reinforcement and take breaks, and if they cannot cope we stop and finish on another day.

Can you do my dog's nails with a hygiene trim?
Yes, in the same visit. Nails, paws and ears are a separate short service, so mention both when you book.
Do you do hygiene trims for cats?
Yes. Hygiene grooming is part of our cat grooming, done gently and at the cat's pace.
