Shams Lakhani (ICG) is an internationally certified groomer who achieved a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in London, UK in 2011 from Absolutely Animals Ltd (London). Shams is also a certified canine trainer and behaviorist who specializes in training and rehabilitating aggressive dogs or dogs with severe behavioral issues. He gained his certification in this field from Shirin Merchant at Canines Can Care in 2014.

Jyoti Poojary (ICG) is the Head Tutor and Founding Partner of Pet Pamperer. She is an internationally certified groomer from New Skills Academy, USA and was also the very first student to successfully pass from Pet Pamperer since 2013. Jyoti has trained more than 20 students from various fields of life such as software engineers, business development officers, and even a veterinary doctor, all of whom have been trained as groomers under her since she started teaching in 2017. Jyoti also excelled at Starwoods Academy, Thailand, in Asian-Fusion hairstyles and techniques in 2023.

Rahul Jadhav, Head Groomer & Teaching Assistant. Rahul is one of the most loyal and experienced staff members of Pet Pamperer since 2013. He has worked his way up from being just a helper/cleaner to becoming a groomer and eventually, one of the head groomers. Currently, he serves as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and has established himself as a valuable faculty member over the years. He has earned a reputation for his exceptional skills with grooming scissors and handling, which was acknowledged by all the judges in a recent grooming show where he received a special mention.

Vijay Ghori started working for Pet Pamperer in January 2022 as a helper. He showed a natural talent for grooming, which was identified by the head groomers at the company. Encouraged and trained by his colleagues, he has developed into a fantastic groomer. Vijay's skills were recognized in a recent grooming show, where he won 3rd prize. He received high praise from judges and fellow competitors alike for his skill and technique in grooming. This achievement is a testament to his dedication and hard work, as well as his natural talent for grooming.
